If you prefer to purchase without a credit card, please send us a money order or cashiers check. We also accept PayPal. In that case please email us with your order and we'll email you an invoice through PayPal including instructions to complete the transaction. Shipping Rates: We use USPS or UPS, whichever is faster and more economical depending on the destination. Shipping cost is based on weight. We charge $3.30 per pound. Single sole shoes usually weigh 3 lb, platforms and boots usually weigh 4 lb. For countries outside US and Canada $20 International shipping will be added to total domestic shipping cost when we process your order. If we don't have all the shoes in stock and we ship them separately than we add the difference each time. In that case we'll notify you with email first. Returns: Your satisfaction is what's important. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know and return the shoes within 5 days of delivery in new condition and in original box. When we receive them we'll be happy to refund your money or do an exchange. The shipping cost is not refundable and you'll be charged shipping again if you'd like an exchange instead of a refund. No returns or exchanges on sale items. Also no returns on international purchases, since the postage is usually as much as or close to the purchase price of the shoes.
